Wowwweeeee. When Dan first rang me, I knew this wedding would be, (to use the word of the night), AH-Mazing.

First up: Clareville Beach. If you try to Instagram it, you’ll find it under “paradise”.

then: the Ah-Mazing sky, which blackened, sent the sea planes homes, erupted into electrical flashes and a wild squall, then calmed in time for the gorgeous Laura & Dan to have a little after-rain-dance on the jetty in the sunset.

Then there was the whole vibe… Peace signs in the tree’s, native flannel flowers in vases atop wooden tree disks which, it turns out, were sawn by Laura herself with a chainsaw just the other week. Everyone gathering together to carry out the furniture after the rain… “There’s my couch mattress!” said Laura’s mum. “See, that’s what weddings are about” said another. “Everyone helping out”.

Then there was Laura & Dan. So happy. So creative. (check out Dan’s art work in the invites and signs). So AH-mazing!! x
